Drizzle? More like atmospheric mist…! Spirits were as high as the steam from the locomotives at Ropsley Heath Light Railway near Grantham for the Lincolnshire Freemasons’ open day.
Said Simon Noden, who took the photographs: “We’re having a wonderful time with Freemasons, family and friends. The gentle rain is just adding to the charm and joy that Freemasonry inspires while enjoying Robert Holland’s delightful miniature railway.”
The day out is just one of the social events in the Lincolnshire Freemasons’ calendar, including Masons & Motors at Doddington Hall on July 20th, and Flying Freemasons on August 11th. What’s more, two teams of Freemasons will be taking part in the Krazy Races Soapbox Derby event on Lincoln’s Flaxengate on June 22nd.
