Skegness Day Centre’s Chairman Mike Allen says his organisation is incredibly grateful to Freemasons of Lumley Lodge for a donation of £500 that’ll help sustain the work of its memory dementia cafe.
The cafe runs on the mornings of the second and fourth Fridays every month. Says Mike: “The Café is where people living with memory problems or dementia, their carers, loved ones and friends can meet for a chat, a cuppa and lots of fun activities. There is no need to book – we encourage people just to drop in!”
