Rough Ashlars have plenty of bite in Berkshire!

Lincolnshire’s Rough Ashlars travelled to Newbury in Berkshire for their third attempt in the Krazy Races soapbox derby – and scored two victories.
They finished with the bronze medal on the hill, but won the public vote as the most popular team.
Richard Skells said: “Wow! What a day! Huge congratulations to a wonderful team. It’s been an absolutely amazing day, and to finish overall in third place was a brilliant achievement by the team.
“We’d also like to say a massive thank you to everyone for voting for us, so we’ll coming back to Lincolnshire with two trophies.
“The future’s bright; the future is Light Blue.”

Berkshire Freemasons’ PR officer Liam Kenny said: “The Ashlars managed to shake buckets and obtain a very decent £72.45 for a Berkshire charity ‘Swings & Smiles’.
