You’re invited you to take part in the Lincolnshire Freemasons Imp Trail Competition raising funds for our 2025 Festival in aid of the Freemasons charity the MCF, exploring the city to find its 30 decorated Imps during an enjoyable walk around Lincoln’s iconic landmarks.
This summer, with restrictions lifting, why not the experience the Lincoln Imps with your family? Every entry will go into a free draw to win four tickets to our own Lincoln Castle Event on Saturday 21st May 2022. You can also enter a team from your Lodge with the chance of being acclaimed as the Lincolnshire Freemasons Imp Trail Lodge Champions, and receiving the coveted Imp Trail Trophy.
Until 16th September this year walk around the Imps in any order, solving the clues as you go and filling in the entry form. Submit your entry with the chance of winning those four tickets to the Lincoln Castle Event.
Your entry will also allow you to enter our photograph competitions for the chance of winning additional prizes. You may want to get sponsored to complete the Imp Trail raising funds for the 2025 Festival.
Photography Competition
Subject: Best Photograph of your family /party at your favourite Imp stating why it is your favourite Imp.
Prize: Lincolnshire Hamper including Tyler’s Toast Lincolnshire Gin
Subject: Best Photograph with your chosen Imp depicting one of your hobbies or pastimes, the more creative the better.
Prize: Lincolnshire Hamper including Tyler’s Toast Lincolnshire Gin Subject:
Best Photograph of a Lodge Team (no regalia) with the Imp of their choice
Prize: Coveted Oscar the Imp Trophy (pictured at the top of this post)
One-off entry fee for all competitions is a donation of at least £5 per team/family/party or Lodge.
