All Lincolnshire Freemasons, families, and friends are invited to come to Doddington Hall on Saturday November 22nd to join in the launch of ‘Steps for the Mind’ — a Province-wide initiative aimed at promoting mental wellbeing through connection, conversation, and movement.
Provincial lead on the project is David Freeman from Olive Union and the Free Wheelers Lodges. He said: “Whether you run, crawl or walk – as long as we talk, you’ll be part of something special. Parkrun is about getting outdoors, meeting others, and taking those positive steps for body and mind — at your own pace.
“And if running or walking isn’t for you, there are plenty of volunteer roles available on the morning — cheering, timekeeping, marshalling, or scanning. Every role matters, and every smile makes a difference. Let’s show how Freemasonry in Lincolnshire supports friendship, community, and mental health.”
To be part of any Parkrun, as a runner or one of the invaluable volunteers who make it all happen, you’ll need to register at www.parkrun.org.uk. This QR code will take you there instantly.
