Lincolnshire Freemasons’ Masons and Motors will go ahead on Sunday as planned in spite of a questionable weather forecast.
However, it’s likely that there will be showers, so appropriate clothes and shoes are advised – as well as a cover for open cars!
Masons and Motors organiser Dave Gibson said the event provided the perfect opportunity for Freemasons, their friends and families to share a social event and for non-Freemasons to talk about the craft in Lincolnshire.
“With about 3,000 Freemasons in our Province you’re never far from one of us, and we’re all happy to talk about how Freemasonry improves the lives of its members and the communities in which we live,” said Dave.
The venue for the event is Doddington Hall near Lincoln, which is an ideal base because it brings together a perfect show field, a stately home, and places to eat.
