Efforts to support victims of domestic abuse have been given a £1,500 boost thanks to Freemasons in Long Sutton.
The money was raised by those taking part in the Alexandra Lodge Ladies’s Night, and was handed to Anita White of End Domestic Abuse Now (EDAN) Lincs by Lodge Master of Andrew Thompson and his wife Jo.
EDAN Lincs is an independent charity committed to supporting those impacted by domestic abuse throughout Lincolnshire. It offers tailored, specialist services for both adults and children affected by abuse, including refuge accommodation and community outreach support.
EDAN Lincs is dedicated to working with communities to raise awareness, drive meaningful change, and promote a zero-tolerance stance on domestic abuse.
Freemasons regularly support organisations like this. Not only does our community service make lives better, it’s hugely rewarding for Freemasons too. Do you think membership could be for you? Explore the possibilities at this link.
