Dave sets his sights on a good time at this year’s Great North Run

Boston Freemason Dave Sharpe is tackling this year’s Great North Run on September 9th with the prospect of setting a very respectable time. He’s being championed by fellow Freemason Roy Hilton, who says of him: “Dave cycled more miles than I drove my car last year, and he killed his treadmill running and had to buy a new one!”

Dave is running for the MCF, and has set up a sponsorship page here. Roy was the first contributor, and hopes (as Dave does) that others will step up and help him towards his £500 target.
