The Scott House centre for Lincolnshire Day Opportunities for Adults with Disabilities has been given £500 by Freemasons of Pilgrim Fathers Lodge in Boston.
The centre works with the skills, talents, likes and needs of each person who accesses the service with the aim of providing a range of meaningful and purposeful opportunities which help everyone maintain and develop new skills, try new things, and make a positive contribution to their town and community.
One of the opportunities that Scott House offers is an arts and manufacturing studio where service users create and paint concrete garden ornaments.
While presenting a cheque from the New Provincial Benevolent Fund to the centre Lodge representatives Andy and Dan were able to take part in the production of a number of ornaments (below).
