Freemasons from around the country have taken part in Remembrance Day services. The group in our picture are members from Lord Worsley Lodge in Cleethorpes, with Lodge Master Graham Clayton in the blue collar.
Meanwhile Trevor Mitchell, a member from Skegness, took part in his first Festival of Remembrance in the Albert Hall as a Chelsea pensioner, resplendent in his scarlet tunic. He also marched past the Cenotaph in the Sunday morning parade. In the picture below he’s the man in spectacles just beyond the sargeant.
• And in Kirton near Boston (below) Assistant Provincial Grand Master Jez Hyland laid a wreath in behalf of Lincolnshire Freemasons at Kirton memorial this morning with, from left, Pete Booth, Ian Ladds, and Ian Turner of Franklin Lodge and John Fitzgerald of Hundred Of Elloe Lodge.
• At Bourne masters of Hereward Lodge and the Lodge of Aveland performed the wreath laying on behalf of their members.
