Lincolnshire’s Provincial Grand Secretary has written to all those who had been due to receive appointments or promotions at Grand Lodge and Grand Chapter meetings on May 13th to explain what will happen in the wake of the four-month suspension of our activities.
Tony Miller says in his letter: “To avoid any confusion, the appointment or promotion you were to receive at the meeting on the 13th May will still be effective from that date. Once the current situation has come to a conclusion it is planned to hold a meeting later in the year at which you will be invited to attend to be properly invested with your new rank.
“Once again many congratulations on your promotion, stay safe, and I hope to see you at a future meeting.”
