The Boston Masonic Center Lodges Held an Open Day on the 24th May organised by the four Lodge Membership Officers and supported by fellow Freemasons and their partners. Footfall was encouraging and we were kept busy until 2.00pm answering questions and serving refreshments. The surprise was three Provincial visitors in the picture who I understand enjoyed the company as much as we did theirs.
Meanwhile, on September 9th the four Boston Lodge Membership officers organised a “New Masons Evening” structured as an evening of those questions nobody usually asks. Thirty questions about all aspects of masonry were examined, and then the floor was opened for comments of which there were many, some of which hadn’t been thought of, so everyone benefited from the evening.
