The next Parkrun to be attended by the Steps for the Mind team of Lincolnshire Freemasons takes place at 9am on June 27th at Belvoir Castle near Grantham. It’s an opportunity to get out and get some fresh air and chat about anything at all with fellow Freemasons.
All the details you need about the initiative are in the launch article we wrote about it, which you can read at this linkYou’ll need to register to take part, but how to do that, and learn much more about Parkruns in general, you can read on the web too by visiting the link at the QR code on the right. Point your smartphone at it, and as if by magic you’ll be taken to the right part of the internet.
And remember, although it’s called a Parkrun, it’s perfectly acceptable to walk all or part of the course too – even with the family dog!
