They say the best things come in threes – and at St Clement Lodge in Skegness members have witnessed a truly remarkable ‘triple’ celebration.
Not only was it a superb Third Degree ceremony for Arron Radford, but he became the third generation of the Radford family to be raised at St Clement.
And to round out the trio of significance, the evening was presided over by Jim Childs, who stepped back into the Chair to conduct a flawless ceremony.
It was a proud family affair, with Arron joined by his father Steve and his uncle Peter, who travelled from the Province of Derbyshire to support his nephew.
In a touching tribute to the family’s Masonic legacy, Arron wore the apron that had belonged to his late grandfather John.
As a final surprise Jim Childs delivered a stirring rendition of The Walking Charge’, making an already special night unforgettable.
