

The Province of Lincolnshire is looking for a proactive and supportive Provincial Learning & Development Officer to help strengthen how we develop and support our members as part of the Membership Challenge. This role focuses on providing clear, accessible learning for Lodges and Chapters, improving officer confidence, ritual quality, and the overall member experience.

Purpose of the Role
Learning and Development is a key component of the Provincial Priorities, particularly within the Membership Challenge.
We are looking for someone to lead, coordinate, and promote Learning & Development across the Province, ensuring that Lodges, and Chapters have access to clear, relevant, and engaging learning resources. The priority is to support all members, greatly enhancing the experience and benefits that Brethren and Companions gain from membership of their respective units.
