Grimsby Freemasons help fund a trip to a Wildlife Park

Neil Garnett, the Worshipful Master of the Astral Lodge and Keith Appleton, visited the organisers, volunteers and members of the Club22 where Neil presented a donation from the Lodge benevolent fund in a cheque for £500 to Ms. Debbie Cartwright.

Club22 is a community, self funded group for 16+ people with learning differences where they are able to have a social experience in a safe and supported environment. The Club meets every Thursday during term time from 6.30 – 8.30 pm and is run by a team of volunteers who have experience , enthusiasm and empathy. Club22 offers a wide range of activities and experiences both on site and off and aims to include everyone and make sure they have a good time.

The donation is to be used to fund a trip for the group to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park in July.
