Simon Noden writes: “It was a true privilege to visit the Herewood Lodge Lodge of Instruction at the Bourne Masonic Centre.
Representing the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master during my active year as Provincial Senior Grand Deacon is a duty I cherish, and it was clear from the moment I arrived that the Brethren here truly set the bar high. A wonderful, professional, and incredibly friendly LOI—the standards were excellent.
However, as we all know, the heart of Freemasonry isn’t just found in the ritual; it’s in the fellowship that follows. After we closed the Lodge, we traded the apron for the table to enjoy a fantastic Italian meal together. There is nothing quite like sharing pasta, stories, and laughter to build real, lasting bonds. Sitting together in such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere reminded me once again why the social side of our fraternity is just as important as the work we do within the Lodge room.”
