Hermes Lodge welcomes new member

Tarn Nicholls had a wonderful evening when he was initiated into Hermes Lodge at Louth, guided through the ceremony by Tim Lenton Junior Deacon.

The floor work was carried out by Jim Taylor, Ian Learmonth, WBro Rose and WBro Read, while the Master Daniel Brocklebank led his team beautifully throughout the evening.

The Lodge had the great pleasure of welcoming Provincial Junior Grand Warden David Dernley, who presented two Grand Lodge Certificates to Bro Johnson and Bro Taylor. It was also a privilege to have two Grand Lodge Officers in attendance.

Following the ceremony, the brethren enjoyed a magnificent Festive Board, with great food, wonderful fellowship and excellent company. With over forty brethren in attendance, it was a truly memorable evening at Hermes Lodge.

Members agreed that it had been a fantastic evening of Freemasonry, friendship and brotherhood. Bro Nicholls said: “Many thanks to everyone who played their part in making it such a special occasion.”
