Lincolnshire is gearing up to launch another new Lodge – this time a Mark Masons specialist one for enthusiasts with an interest in classic or interesting vehicles.
The Open Road Lodge 2065 will be consecrated at our Louth centre on the Saturday August 2nd, and those who’d like to go are being encouraged to register their interest.
Secretary Simon Noden has created an online form at this link and says: “I’d encourage members to fill in the form to register their interest in attending.
”Once we know the menu and prices I can email them the actual booking form. Anyone who’d like to bring a guest – or guests – should write + 1, 2, 3, or whatever next to their name on the form. This will give us an idea how many are potentially attending on the day.”
The Lodge will be peripatetic, meeting around the Province on two Saturdays every year. Phil Spicksley will be the Lodge’s first Master, and he said: “You don’t have to own a classic or interesting vehicle to be a member of the Lodge or to attend the consecration, just have an interest in them.”
