Brother Peter Rushton celebrated his 90th birthday on 3rd November 2022. As a member of Paulinus Lodge, No. 3957, Peter was the Organist for over 20 years. He was also Organist at Yarborough Lodge No. 422 and Gainas Lodge No. 5121 where he is an Honorary Member.

Peter joined Freemasonry in Bedfordshire where he was initiated into the Bedford Castle Lodge No. 6124 in 1975. He moved back to Lincolnshire, joining Paulinus Lodge in 1989.

Peter’s wife, Gloria, celebrates her 87th birthday on 5th November so, in a double celebration, PGM Dave Wheeler and members of Paulinus Lodge made a surprise visit to their home in Hemswell as Peter is not well enough to attend Lodge meetings.
