Mark takes on Deacon’s role only a month after his own passing

A month after being passed to his Fellow Craft degree at Grimsby-based Astral Lodge Mark Hunter took on the role of Junior Deacon for the passing of fellow lodge member Mark Teague.

Bro Hunter’s keenness for Freemasonry has meant that he’s completed the ‘Welcome Fellowcraft’ module in Solomon, and been rewarded with a Certificate of Achievement created by our Learning & Development team. Provincial Treasurer Ian Pounder, himself a member of the Lodge, presented Mark with it.

Mark had already completed the Welcome Apprentice module which he did after his Initiation.
