Nottinghamshire Freemasons share Burns Night event as community engagement Festival fundraiser

Lincolnshire Freemasons are being invited to join in a Burns Supper being organised in Nottinghamshire by Diane Townsend, wife of that Province’s PGM, as part of a team from the Worksop College Parents’Association.

Proceeds from the event will be split between Nottinghamshire’s 2029 Festival and Worksop College, which draws students from the west of our Province.

Nottinghamshire PGM Julian Townsend said: “It is part of our community engagement activities, raising awareness of Freemasonry amongst the parents and friends. It is the intention that all money raised on the evening will be shared equally between the school and our 2029 Festival.”
