John Holmes of Hundred of Elloe Lodge recently presented a New Provincial Benevolent Fund donation of £500 to Andrew Inkley of South Holland PHAB. PHAB are a local group who promote and encourage opportunities for disabled & non-disabled people to share experiences on an equal basis.
