The next stage in the rollout of Freemasonry’s digital interface Portal happens this summer.

That’s when Annual Returns for UGLE, Supreme Grand Chapter, and Province will need to be completed using Portal rather than Hermes, as has been the case so far.

Mark French on the Portal Support Desk says: “The first units are likely to go live in July, with training starting in May. UGLE will contact individual Secretaries, Scribes and Treasurers directly to offer dates to attend online training.

“In the meantime,it is essential that ALL Secretaries / Scribes and Treasurers are registered on Portal. Registering is easy. The QR code on the right will take you directly to the necessary form, but you can also do it through either of these links: Sign up on desktop Or sign up on your phone

“He added: Please register using your email address that is registered in ADelphi (the one where you received this email) For those who need assistance, ideally someone in your Lodge should be able to help but failing that, if you reply to this email, I will put you in contact with someone to talk you through the process.”
