Oliver Chapter has welcomed Joseph Barker as its latest member in what proved to be a particularly memorable and enjoyable evening.
The Chapter was honoured by the presence of the Third Grand Principal David Carter, who was accompanied by a number of visiting Companions from the Provincial Grand Chapter including Keith Bickey, Mark French and J. Fletcher.
The ceremony was led by Thomas Maliyil acting as Z, David Jarratt as H, and E. Comp. Seaton as J.
A number of officers contributed to the evening’s ritual. Richard Turville led as Principal Sojourner, assisted by Adrian Felix as First Assistant Sojourner, together with Scribe N Jim Gray and Janitor Jim Starkey.
Special mention must go to Ivan Copley, Richard Turville and Jim Starkey, who together delivered the Mystical Lecture to a high standard. The ceremony was ably coordinated and brought together by E. Comp. P. W. Doughty, the Chapter’s Director of Ceremonies.

“It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening of Royal Arch Masonry, excellent ritual and good Companionship was followed by a sumptuous Festive Board, where the warmth and fellowship of the evening continued.”
