Chris Jones’s two-year Round Britain walk comes to a formal finish with a finale event at the Doubletree by Hilton in Lincoln on Saturday February 15th when there’s to be a buffet lunch followed by a Q&A session about the walk followed by an auction of some exclusive plots going under the hammer.
Says Chris: “The Walk the Edge Challenge has been walked. The Fundraising goal to raise £100,000 for the Masonic Charitable Foundation is nearly finished. The items listed below were donated to me during my walk and will be auctioned at this Celebration event, for which there are still places available. To book one of the few remaining places drop Chris an email to cjones@fwlodge.org. Lunch is available at £20 a head.
If you’re not able to attend, you can still bid on the items on offer before the auction. All proceeds will be added to the funds already collected, and details of how to register your bid are below.
