Almost 40 enthusiastic Lincolnshire Freemasons have stepped up to be part of a joint Craft/Royal Arch Focus Group because they’re keen to enhance the Masonic experience for all our members – but there is room for anyone else who’d like to get involved.
The Group’s remit is to act as a forum to develop ideas designed to strengthen the link between Craft and Royal Arch Freemasonry, brought into a sharper focus under the UGLE strategy and the “One journey, one organisation” concept.
The group has held two successful Saturday morning workshops. Output from them has been turned into a report discussed in the August Executive Team meeting, which was well received and the ideas taken on by the Executives in their relevant areas of responsibility.
We are now looking to increase the size of the workshop team, and push the group further into proposing potential solutions to strengthen the links between the Craft and Royal Arch Masonry.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Craft or Royal Arch members of all ages and experience from all parts of Lincolnshire who have something to contribute to the Forum.
The only requirements are that you can bring enthusiasm and good ideas to the table for Saturday morning workshops in Lincoln ever six months.
Membership of the Royal Arch is not a requirement for joining this group, and appointments will last for three years.
To express your interest in being considered for this Group please email your name, your Lodge/Chapter name, and phone number to PGCLincs@pgllincs.org for the attention of Dave Harness. Closing date for expression of interest is 15th October.
