Lincs Pre-Loved Regalia sends Chapter by-law books home

The efforts of Mark Driffill and Ivor Hallam under the Lincs Pre-Loved Regalia banner not only give new life to redundant regalia, but are also able to restore important historical artefacts to their rightful homes.

The latest are copies of Banovallum Chapter’s original by-laws, dating from the 1902 consecration, which turned up in a collection of regalia donated for re-use. And they were an important find, since the Chapter no longer has copies of the originals.

They were given to Third Provincial Grand Principal Mike Carter, who was able to hand them over to the Chapter on the same evening Deputy Provincial Grand Supt Mike Rix made his official visit.
