Twenty-five years after consecrating Lincolnshire’s Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge Gordon Walkerley-Smith returned to help celebrate its silver anniversary when Pete Adams was installed into the Chair.
Lodge member Shailen Munnien said: ” was also a special moment, beginning another exciting chapter in the Lodge’s history.
The Stewards Lodge has spent a quarter of a century bringing together friendship, fellowship, and service — and this anniversary reminded us how far we’ve come and how strong our bonds remain. Here’s to another 25 years of growth, learning, and service to the Craft!”
As a permanent reminder of the evening Pete got the help of his friend and fellow Freemason Mark Hooton to make commemorative drinks coasters, with a copy being given to all those present. Pete said: “Mark was kind enough to find the time to use his laser-cutting equipment to create the coasters, even though I know how busy he is with his Cymarc engineering business. I did the final fettling to finish the job.” A picture of the coasters and Pete doing the finishing are both shown below.
