Lincolnshire brethren travelling to Quarterly Communications meetings at Grand Lodge are being asked to note that there’s a new man co-ordinating bookings. He’s Stuart Butler, who has taken over the role from Andy Ham.
Quarterly Communication meetings afford the opportunity of witnessing an impressive ceremony conducted by Masonic Heads in the Grand Temple at Freemasons’ Hall in London. However,the March meeting is only open to Brethren of the rank of Lodge Warden or above. Master Masons who have not reached that position will not be admitted. Master Masons are usually invited to the December meeting.

Dining:
You may wish to dine afterwards. Brethren can of course make their own arrangements. On behalf of the Provincial Grand Master, however, dining is arranged for Lincolnshire Brethren at a specific venue. In March 2022 it is intended to dine at the Vestibules at Grand Lodge. Note – this is NOT the Connaught Rooms. Whilst specific menu details are not available until late February, the 3 courses consist of starter and main course options of either meat, fish or vegetarian, then either dessert or cheese. Also included are a reception drink and some wine at the table. The meal cost is £60.00 payable in advance, preferably by BACS to:

Bookings must be made by Friday 11th February 2022. Group bookings can be accepted with one payment and one point of contact for the group, but names and ranks are still required for each individual attending. Officers of United Grand Lodge booking directly with Grand Lodge please still advise us so you can be included on the table plan.
