Lincolnshire’s Freemasons contribute to disaster relief efforts in India

A charity cheque for £500 was recently presented by the Freemasons of the Horncastle, Spilsby and Skegness Conclave of Charity Stewards to the League of Friends of Skegness Hospital.
The Friends of Skegness Hospital have been responsible for the fund raising for much medical equipment in all departments at the Hospital, and has now set its sights on the financing of three Palliative Care rooms with overnight facilities for the families of patients, each room with a small private courtyard.
Much of the £140,000 required for this project has been raised by the friends and this donation helps to complete this project
Representatives of the League of Friends visited the Freemasons Skegness Masonic Centre in Holly Road, Skegness to receive the donation.
