Thanks to John Armstrong for sharing these pictures from Grimsby’s coffee mornings. They’re organised by the elfish John Lambert of St James Lodge, resplendent in his Christmassy waistcoat, and his wife Audrey, with the help of Roger Bacon and others from several lodges. A number of Lodge widows enjoying the sessions.
One of the November gatherings included a very entertaining show by St James Lodge member Steve Short who told guests about Tommy Cooper, and performed a few funny magic tricks himself. Just like that!
Meetings for next year are January 28th and February 25th, both 10.30 am to 12 noon.
